Refund Policy
Last updated 6 August 2026
Subscriptions are prepaid on-chain in USDT and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel and nothing to forget about. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us — but where we got it wrong, we fix it.
1. How billing works
A paid tier is bought by sending USDT to a smart contract on BNB Smart Chain. The contract credits your subscription and forwards the payment to the treasury. There is no card, no stored payment method, and no recurring charge.
Periods are prepaid and expire on their own. When a period ends, the account drops to the free tier. You are never billed again without deliberately paying again, so there is no subscription to “cancel” — simply do nothing.
Paying before your current period ends extends it. Nothing is lost by paying early.
2. Blockchain payments are irreversible
Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, neither SILAMIND nor anyone else can reverse it. There is no chargeback mechanism. Please check the tier, the price and the network before confirming in your wallet.
Sending USDT to the contract on the wrong network, or sending a different token, will not credit a subscription and generally cannot be recovered.
3. When we will refund
We will make it right in these cases:
- You paid and did not get the tier. If a confirmed payment did not credit your account and our records confirm it, we grant the period manually — or refund it if you prefer.
- You were charged twice for the same period. The duplicate is refunded.
- We took the service away. If we permanently discontinue the platform, or suspend your account for a reason that turns out to be our error, we refund the unused portion of the period.
Where a refund is due it is returned in USDT to the wallet that paid, normally within 14 days of us confirming the facts.
4. When we will not refund
Stated plainly, so it is not a surprise later:
- Trading losses. The subscription buys access to the software, not an outcome. Losing money on trades is not a service failure — see the risk warning in the Terms.
- Changing your mind mid-period, or not using what you paid for.
- Account closure for breach of the acceptable-use rules.
- Ordinary downtime. Isolated outages, exchange failures and maintenance are covered by the availability terms. A prolonged failure on our side is a different matter — talk to us.
5. How to ask
Email [email protected] with the paying wallet address and the transaction hash. Those two things let us match the payment on-chain, which is what makes a fast answer possible.
We aim to respond within 5 working days. If a payment genuinely failed to credit, say so early — we would rather grant the period than argue about it.
6. Statutory rights
Where consumer law in your country grants you rights beyond this policy — for example a statutory withdrawal period — those rights apply regardless of anything written here.
